Description:   The service provides education and assistance to homeowners throughout Wake, Durham, Orange, Johnston, Chatham, Harnett, Granville counties (greater triangle area) on more efficient ways of selling their home. Having up to an additional 6-7% to negotiate works well in tight market situations. There are two separate companies in place to operate this business. One company sells a variety of marketing services to interested customers, and the other company provides customers with a traditional service at a discounted price. The end effect is to simply provide residential real estate owners a range of ways to save money by marketing their property in the most cost efficient way.

Facilities:   Business is operated out of a location that is convenient for servicing the marketing area. Space includes office and conference area.

Competition:   This service is the Triangles oldest, continuously printed advertising publication. Sellers usually contact the service that they are the most familiar with especially when dealing with such an important event.

Growth/Expansion:   Internet marketing can be expanded for even more exposure. Target marketing can be done in some of the key areas where there are a number of homes on the market and more negotiation room is needed. Expand distribution racks throughout the Triangle. Partner with a mortgage company to offer mortgage services. Proactively solicit commercial advertising (e.g. builders, mortgage companies, real estate attorneys, appraisers, home inspectors). Tremendous upside will occur as the Real Estate market recovers.
