Our Raleigh office has been serving North Carolina's Triangle area since 1989. It is operated by Tim Martin, Steve Fromme and Mike Nolan, who are all generalists very experienced in working with a wide variety of business types and are happy to help you as well.
Our Background
Tim is a CPA, and has worked with public accounting firms for several years. He has also worked in the employee leasing business and has started and operated a successful small business. In addition to his work as a CPA Tim is also a real estate broker with extensive experience in working with small and medium sized businesses.
Steve founded Chapel Hill Printing & Graphics, Inc. and operated the successful business for thirty-three years before selling it at the beginning of 2008. The UNC-Chapel Hill graduate has always maintained an active role in the community as well as the business scene. In addition to serving other organizations, he has been especially devoted to the Better Business Bureau of Eastern North Carolina. Fromme has served on the Board of the BBB for over two decades, including three terms as its chairman. He was also instrumental in establishing the BBB's Educational Foundation as a viable organization and has served on its Board longer than any other member. Another organization in which Fromme has been a participant on an ongoing basis is the East Chapel Hill Rotary Club. He is proud of all the good work performed by the club and is a firm believer that he gets out of it every bit as much as he puts in. Steve is the president-elect of that club.
Mike, a CPA for over twenty years, started his career at both large and small public accounting firms. He then went on to be the CFO of a $750 million solid waste services company, where he oversaw the acquisition of 240 small to medium sized companies. Subsequently, he owned a chain of laundromats and then spent two years consulting to manufacturing companies.
